Production Process (Overview)

At our rice mill, the production process consists of the following stages, each carried out in a controlled environment equipped with ventilation and dust-collection systems:

  • Paddy Reception & Weighing — Recording the specifications of each shipment received from local farms.

  • Drying — Reducing moisture content to approximately 12% using a controlled thermal dryer (approx. 40–45°C).

  • Precision Rubber-Roll Husking — Producing brown rice with minimal grain breakage.

  • Whitening & Polishing — Multiple controlled polishing stages to achieve the desired level of whiteness and gloss.

  • Grading & Sorting — Separation based on size, color, and quality (optical sorting applied when necessary).

  • Packaging & Storage — Packing in 10 kg, 20 kg, or 30 kg bags and storing in a dry warehouse environment.
